More importantly, perhaps, our purpose is also to equip children with the awareness and skills they need to become 21st-century leaders and thrive in a fast-changing global landscape. Our objective is to help children enhance learning capabilities, think differently, change their approach towards problem-solving and just become better citizens and successful adults.


The beta versions of our offerings are being received well and we are currently hiring for several roles as we prepare for a major launch soon. To expedite our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a dynamic Partnerships Lead who will be responsible for developing retail channels, offering continuous support to various retail outlets for the promotion of our offerings and ensuring the overall success of the vertical.


What you’ll be doing


  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits
  • Manage Partnerships with retail businesses, OEMs and other brands for Co-Marketing (EdTech)
  • Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy

Requirements


  • Prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant filed
  • The ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Highly goal-oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem-solver.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce) would be a plus
