Product Management Intern

Kochi, Kerala
Work Type: Full Time

Product management Intern | On-site | Multiple positions | Immediate Joining

At CoinedOne, we realize the importance of delivering value so that we don't just compete but delight our users and make a difference in their lives. To achieve this goal, We are building leading-edge products that offer an experience new to many. We are on the lookout for exceptionally talented "Product management Interns" who have some experience (Internships or freelance) working on Software products or Mobile Apps.

We believe that in early-stage startups, there are no Engineering teams. There are only Product Teams. What it means is that not only are you responsible for "how does it work technically", but also "should we make this? ", "How well should we build this? ", "Is this what the user/customer needs? ". We like to focus on outcomes vs output.

You will work with multiple stakeholders in cross-functional teams - Great products aren't built in engineering silos. You will be responsible for owning features that we build end to end, starting from "how to solve it" to "is it creating the impact we thought it would? ". From a technological perspective, you will be responsible for making sure your solution is appropriately performant and scalable and that it meets our functional and non-functional requirements (code quality, speed, flexibility to change).

As a Product Management Intern, you will play a definitive role in impacting the customer's experience by conducting user behaviour research to gain insights and build the right solutions with brutal prioritization. You will have to collaborate with other key functional stakeholders closely.

Your work will directly impact the way parents nurture, protect, and interact with their children in this digital-first age.

Through the internship program, you would learn how a product is planned, designed, executed, and understand how to read data and provide insights, review similar products in the market, analyze different apps for features.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing the product through the Product Life Cycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with developers to deliver a winning product. You will be closely guided by the product manager that you will be working with.
  • Research to help evolve product direction. Strategically using research and analytics to contribute to our quarterly roadmaps and long term vision.
  • Staying on top of the competitive landscape and generating awareness about what's happening with our competitors and within our industry for their use case area.
  • Working with design to create elaborate mock-ups and wireframes with industry-standard prototyping tools by working on meaningful feature releases.

Logistics

  • 6-month Internship stipend - INR 15k/ month with an opportunity of Full-time offer.
  • Location - KTIZ (Kerala Technology Innovation Zone), Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala. (We do have accommodation facilities for outstation candidates nearby the office)
