The beta versions of our offerings are being received well and we are currently hiring for several roles as we prepare for a major launch soon. To expedite our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a dynamic Franchise Manager who will be responsible for developing franchising opportunities, offering continuous support to franchisees and to ensure the overall success of the franchisor (that’s us)  as well as the franchisee.

As our Franchise Manager, you will have a direct effect on the bottom line of the company by ensuring the setup and success of a major revenue channel. You will have the freedom to ideate and implement strategies to attract, train and retain eligible and high performing individuals who will act as our Ambassadors on our quest to develop and deliver intuitive and adaptive products that meet the need of the times. 

Ideally you will have a few years of experience in managing sales agencies (channel sales) in domains such as banking, insurance, FMCG, Telecom etc. This is a great opportunity to make a foray into software product sales, leveraging years of experience in managing sales teams while also playing a key role in setting up processes and strategizing for growth in a highly scalable business environment. 

Ultimately, you will assume profit centre responsibilities in a startup that encourages experimentation and ownership, enabling you to learn more every day on a job that also packs a huge earning potential of approximately 30 lakhs a year.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for the sales process from initial request to contract execution, including discovering and sourcing possible new franchisees, pipeline maintenance, and sales procedure adherence.

  • Screen potential franchisee by analyzing investment requirements, potential of franchisee, financials, franchisee experience and vision.

  • Finalize the deal with franchisee by negotiating terms and conditions of each franchisee agreement

  • Develop sales and marketing tools, and sales promotional activities to support the franchisees.

  • Ensure that franchisees receive the company’s message regarding business strategy, promotions and products

  • Developing and supervising the operations of new franchisees and the business development of franchise

  • To provide training and information about business policies and procedures as well as to develop new franchisees

  • Passionately and confidently represent the brand and train prospects ethically through the set process and market development

  • Be able to anticipate obstacles and make sure necessary measures are set in place to minimize their effect on running a business is definitely a plus.

  • Interviewing and evaluating prospective franchisees, including understanding their inquiries and responding accordingly

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly targets provided by the management team for self and the team.


  • Must be willing to travel moderately across various cities in Kerala

  • Presentable, Polished & Fluent in English and atleast one regional language

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • An ability to learn fast and respond swiftly to changing circumstances

  • Energetic, innovative, critical thinker who is self-motivated

  • An Individual contributor and strong team player
